MBALE – The former Member of Parliament for Moroto Municipality and NRM’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) boss for Karamoja region Hon Simon Peter Aleper has died this morning.
Reports reaching this site indicated that Aleper who was Member of Parliament for Moroto municipality [2011-2016] perished in a motor accident Tuesday early morning along the Mbale-Tirinyi road.
Details of the accident remain still scanty at the time of publishing this story.
